One of the great American stories is about the lone hero, who manages to fight off the bad guys, save the day and make a great speech at the end, all before riding off into the sunset.
It’s a great story, but skips over the details. Details like how he first learns to fight from a good teacher who tells him what he gets right, and what he needs to works on. How he gets over his fear of public speaking by working with someone he trusts and then practices his speech with his buddy while riding into town. And it skips over the important detail where he is so good at what he does that he even teaches the townspeople how to take care of each other and themselves.
